Paramana was created for all of you who take care of children with love and professionalism. To increase your chances of finding the job you are looking for right away, follow these steps:

Create a complete professional profile

Register for free and provide all the necessary information that may be of interest to your potential employers (parents or companies). What are your studies, if you have recommendations and previous experience, what kind of services can you offer. Of course, be specific and accurate in what you say and always update your details whenever something new emerges that your potential employers need to know! The use of Paramana services is charged with a small fee that you can choose depending on your needs (monthly, 3 months or 6 months). More information about the types of charges can be found in the "Charges" link of your profile.

Get a verified profile

The profile verification process is a mandatory process for all subscribers and is offered free of charge, increasing the reliability of your professional profile. If you really want to stand out and be the first choice of parents, submit to Paramana the documents that prove that you are the one who declares. This way you will gain their trust and the job that suits you!

Update your Availability Information

Do not forget to correct your availability in the calendar, so that you receive interest only from those parents you can serve. If you have found a job, deactivate your profile to avoid receiving messages. In this way you show responsibility and professional consistency.

Visit Paramana often and respond immediately to messages sent to you

The date of the last login to our website is shown in each professional profile. The more often you visit Paramana, the more you show that you are really looking for a job! Do not neglect to reply to the messages you receive, even if you are not interested in the job. It is a sign of good behavior and professionalism!

Network

Make a list of your favorite parents. Through the list you will be able to easily communicate with them, but also to encourage other babysitters to work with them, if you trust them!

Post recommendations

Parents trust three times more caregivers who have registered referrals. Ask your previous employers to talk about you. And if this is your first time working, ask for a referral from a teacher.

Look for the job that suits you

From the "find a job" link you can see all the jobs that are published, whether it is a parent ad or a business position. Especially if you are going to work with a family, the following tips may be very helpful.

Prepare for the interview

Before contacting the family that intends to hire you, be determined about the services that you can and cannot offer. It is always better to set your limits from the beginning, to avoid misunderstandings in the future!

Telephone interview

First arrange a telephone conversation with the parents. If all goes well you can book an appointment with them. But if you have doubts, you better avoid it.

Personal contact

For your first meeting, choose a public place with enough people and have a mobile phone with you in case of need. Also, inform your family or a friend about the place and the person you are going to meet. Move with your own vehicle and do not let them pick you up from your home. Of course, you have the questions to ask and trust your instincts.

At Paramana we do not disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent! Your name, address, telephone numbers and the documents you have sent for identification will not be published anywhere in our service, unless you do! If at any time you want, your account can be deleted with a simple request at admin@paramana.eu

Tips for safer communication

Prefer to communicate with other users by sending messages through your Paramana account, so that your personal email address is not exposed.

Always act prudently when communicating with strangers, whether through a computer or in person.

Trust your judgment and do not reveal your personal information (such as address or home and work phone number) to people you do not know.

Stop communicating with anyone stranger who is pushing you to get money or personal information.

Do not give your police ID, credit card, bank account number (and other personal information) to people you do not know.

If you choose to meet a potential user-partner, do it in public!

Do not agree to be picked up from your home. Tell your family or a friend where and with whom you will meet and if possible, ask someone close to you to be close to where you meet.

Do not meet at your home or at the home of the interviewee.

Have a mobile phone with you, if possible.

Have your own means of transportation to and from the meeting point, even if it is a taxi.
