Paramana offers you all the tools to find the perfect babysitter/tutor easily and quickly and also allows you to find places and services related to your children's creative activities. Follow the steps below and make your choice easy! Make a list of the most suitable caregivers for your family.

Post a job

After registering, you can post ads with the description of the position you offer through your account. Any interested babysitters/tutors will contact you by phone or by sending you a message at your Paramana account (which we will forward to your personal email).

Search for potential canditates in the Paramana database

You can search for caregivers’ resumes based on your criteria, via the "Find Babysitter/Tutor" link and by selecting the filters available to narrow your results. Whichever way you choose to find a partner, we believe the following tips will be very useful.

Carefully study the profiles of caregivers

Babysitters and tutors with a verified profile are shown on the platform with priority, together with those that have recommendations and a profile photo. For each caregiver who subscribes to our platform, we collect a wealth of information, such as previous experience, education, certificates of knowledge and skills. Based on these characteristics, make a list of the most suitable candidates and compare them.

Read reviews written by other parents

Parents' reviews on caregivers are a very important source of information about their character and abilities. We urge you to write your opinion about each babysitter/tutor you have communicated or worked with, to help other parents with their search.

Network

Make a list of your favorite caregivers. Through the list you will be able to quickly inform them of your new job post or send them messages. You also help other parents who are searching to trust a babysitter/tutor more easily, if you have already singled her profile out!

Feel safer

Profile Verification, mandatory registration of phone number, recommendations as well as statement of intention of babysitters to present to the interested parents an identity card or health certificate, are some of the features that make your search in Paramana even safer and more reliable!

Telephone interviews

At Paramana you can contact registered babysitters / educators by phone or through the platform's unique messaging tool.

Phone contact with prospective canditates is an effective way to evaluate them. Prepare the questions you will ask in advance and trust your instinct! After this process you will have reduced the number of candidates enough so that you can move on to the next step.

Contact their recommendations

Many babysitters have registered referrals from their previous employers or are willing to share them with you in person. Do not hesitate to contact referrals for more information about their personality and professionalism.

Personal contact

Once you have made a list of your best canditates, it is time to get in touch with them personally. First impressions are usually the most important and the "chemistry" that will be created between you is a good advisor on whether you can work with this person. It would be a good idea for your children to be present as well, to see how they will react to the first contact with their potential nanny/tutor. Advice! Be especially careful in your contacts with people you do not know. Prefer your initial communication to be through the Paramana platform and avoid giving out your personal email and other sensitive information, such as your last name or address. In case you receive insulting messages or you are asked for money in advance, do not hesitate to stop communicating with that person.

Tips for safer communication

Prefer to communicate with other users by sending messages through your Paramana account, so that your personal email address is not exposed.

Always act prudently when communicating with strangers, whether through a computer or in person.

Trust your judgment and do not reveal your personal information (such as address or home and work phone number) to people you do not know.

Stop communicating with anyone stranger who is pushing you to get money or personal information .

Do not give your police ID, credit card, bank account number (and other personal information) to people you do not know.

If you choose to meet a caregiver, do it in public! Do not agree to be picked up from your home. Tell your family or a friend where and with whom you will meet and if possible, ask someone to be close to you where you meet.

Do not meet at your home or at the home of the interviewee.

Have a mobile phone with you, if possible.

Have your own means of transportation to and from the meeting point, even if it is a taxi.
