Paramana was founded in 2014 by Andreas and Natasa Linos, young parents of seven kids. They developed an online platform for connecting parents with babysitters and tutors and have served more than 30.000 members up to this day.
In 2019 Paramana started offering award winning Hotel Babysitting Services and Childcare Staff recruitment for the Tourism Industry. Our clients are some of Greece’s most well-known Hotels and Resorts.
Our extensive database of childcare professionals includes more than 15.000 candidates who can work in Greece and worldwide. Our team works very closely with the candidates and provides each Hotel appropriately qualified and experienced staff.
We are always near our partners and our best advantage is that we can support Hotels with last minute staff recruitment requests for every specific childcare qualification, managerial experience or language skills.
Whether we will put together the Hotel’s childcare team through our safe recruitment policy or the hotel has already a team, we provide high quality training courses to all staff before going to work and ongoing support and communication during their employment period. Our training courses are both online and in-person and meet the latest childcare standards and guests’ expectations.
All courses offer a certificate of completion by Paramana.
Training courses include Pediatric First Aid Training, Childcare Training and Hotel Babysitting Training.
Professional babysitting services in a hotel are a decision maker especially for families with children under 4 years old, who need some time as a couple in the day, to go to the beach or have a romantic dinner together. We are offering exceptional babysitting services since 2019 and have been top rated by our partner Hotels and clients.
We provide 24/7 babysitting services by professional childcare providers who have been handpicked by our team for their qualifications, experience, and ethos. Your little guest’s safety and wellbeing is our priority.

Our team is invested in developing experiences for children of all ages (babies, toddlers, teenagers and family activities) that will help them learn, grow, and experience the world around them, while always being 'on trend'. According to the Hotel’s setting, facilities, and concept, we can build fun academies too, such as Dance Academy, Sea adventure Academy or Sports Academy.
We love to create spaces that are filled with natural light and fresh air, promote outdoor activities, are furnished with naturally sourced materials and plants. We strive to design exciting childcare concepts that make children and their parents smile and reflect the Resort's brand, culture and environment.
